1. How to Schedule an Appointment
To schedule an appointment, please call our office so we can find a day and time that works best for you. You may also send us a message through our website to request an appointment and one of our amazing team members will contact you to confirm a day and time based on your dental care needs.
If you’re experiencing a dental emergency and have pain or discomfort, please let us know and we will make every effort to get you seen by the dentist quickly, including the same day if possible.
2. New Patient Forms
After reserving your appointment, our office will send you the new patient forms via text/email for you to conveniently fill out online prior to your appointment.
We ask that you please complete these forms as soon as possible so we can make sure we have everything we need beforehand to get started when you arrive and save you time in our office.
If you’re unable to complete the forms online for any reason, please plan to arrive at our office at least 20 minutes prior to your appointment time.
3. What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your first visit as a new patient will consist of a comprehensive tooth-by-tooth exam, gum health assessment, necessary x-rays, 3D scan of teeth, oral cancer screening, doctor’s review of your health history, consultation with Dr. Prab to discuss any recommended treatment, goals for your health and smile, and a regular healthy mouth teeth cleaning if that is all that is needed.
Getting established as a patient during your first visit typically takes about 90-120 minutes. This allows the doctor to conduct a thorough evaluation, review important health information, and provide a no-rush experience with a personalized treatment plan for your specific needs.
Emergency appointments – If you’re visiting us for the first time due to a dental emergency, then the appointment will be shorter including x-rays and a limited exam by Dr. Prab to address the immediate concern with consultation to discuss the diagnosis, solution options, and treatment planning.
4. Planning Your Trip to Our Office
Location – We’re located in Pflugerville on Dessau Road, just south of the corner of Pecan Street and Dessau Road next to Bohls Park and across from the Old Town East community.
Parking – Parking is free and ample in the parking lot surrounding our building.
Rescheduling – We understand life happens sometimes and respectfully ask that if you need to change your appointment time to please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. This policy benefits you and all our patients by providing us enough notice to offer your reserved time to patients wanting to visit us sooner or those who are experiencing an emergency.
Dental Insurance & Financing
We work with the majority of dental insurance PPO or DPO plans and can assist in filing claims for your convenience. If you have dental insurance, it’s especially important to provide us with that information as soon as possible before your appointment so we have enough time to verify your benefits.
For patients with or without insurance, we accept CareCredit which is a third-party financing option that allows patients to use towards dental care and make low monthly payments.
We also accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, HSA, and FSA.
Helping people is what we love to do and you are always welcome to call us with questions!
